These terms cover your purchase and use of anything sold at tenderweeks.co. Buying something means you accept them.

What you're buying

Digital products — fillable PDF planners. Nothing physical ships. Current products are The Fourth Trimester Plan, which includes the C-Section Pages at no extra cost, and the Partner Guide.

This is not medical advice

This matters more than anything else on this page.

Tender Weeks products are planning and note-taking tools. They do not give medical advice and they do not replace your OB, midwife, doctor, nurse, health visitor or any other health professional. Nothing in them is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for care.

The warning-signs pages exist to help you notice when to ask for help — not to tell you whether something is or isn't serious. If you are worried about yourself or your baby, contact your care team. In an emergency, call 911.

Every person, birth and recovery is different. Fill these pages in alongside your own care team's advice, and follow theirs where they differ.

Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself and your household. Print as many copies as you like, for as long as you like, including for a future baby.

You may not resell, share, give away, upload or distribute the files, or post them anywhere others can download them. You may not use them commercially — with clients, patients or as part of a paid service — or strip the branding and present them as your own.

(A licence for doulas and other professionals is planned. If that's what you need, email us rather than guessing.)

We keep the copyright in everything we make.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital.

The Fourth Trimester Plan, including the C-Section Pages, is delivered as access to a members area on tenderweeks.co. You sign in with the email address you bought with, and download the files in US Letter or A4 from there. The thank-you page straight after checkout links you there, so you don't have to wait for the email.

The Partner Guide, if you added it at checkout, arrives as a download link by email shortly after you buy.

If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder (and, if you use Gmail, the Promotions tab), then email hello@tenderweeks.co — we'll sort it out. A download that didn't arrive is our problem to fix, not a reason to lose what you paid for.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout.

We can change prices whenever we like, including ending a launch price on the date advertised. A change never affects an order already placed, and we won't extend a deadline quietly after saying it's real.

You are responsible for any sales or import tax your own jurisdiction charges on a digital purchase.

Refunds

There's a 30-day guarantee, set out in full on the Refund Policy page. It's part of these terms.

What we don't promise

We don't promise a particular outcome. A plan is a plan — it can make the first twelve weeks more organised, and it cannot make them easy, or make anyone's recovery go a particular way.

We aim to keep the site available and the files downloadable, but we can't guarantee either without interruption.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected with these products is limited to what you paid for them. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that can't lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and any dispute belongs in the courts there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
