The 30-day "fill in one page" guarantee

Open the plan and fill in one page — any page. If it doesn't feel like one less thing to worry about, email hello@tenderweeks.co within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to give a reason. You won't be asked to justify it, and you won't get a series of emails trying to talk you out of it.

The guarantee covers the Partner Guide too.

How to ask

Email hello@tenderweeks.co from the address you used to buy, or tell us what address you used. That's the whole process — no form, no ticket number.

What happens next

We'll reply to confirm, and refund to your original payment method. Stripe usually takes 5–10 business days to put the money back, which is their timing rather than ours.

Once refunded, your licence ends, access to the members area is removed, and we ask you to delete any files you downloaded. We can't check the last part, and we're not going to try — it's on the honour system, and almost everyone is honest.

Why we offer this at all

Digital downloads normally can't be returned, because you already have the file. Plenty of shops use that as a reason to refuse every refund. We'd rather you were able to find out whether this is useful to you without the risk being yours — so the guarantee is voluntary, and we honour it.

After 30 days

We don't refund after 30 days. If something's wrong with the files themselves — a page that won't open, a form field that won't type, a printing problem — email us whenever it happens and we'll fix it or replace the file. That's not a refund question and there's no time limit on it.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Email us. We'll refund the duplicate straight away, whenever it happened.
