Tender Weeks is run by Maryna Voitenko, based in Colorado, United States. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It's written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

When you buy something: your name and email address, and the details of what you bought. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — your card number never reaches us, and we never see or store it.

When you email us: whatever you write, and your email address.

When you visit the site: our platform, systeme.io, records standard technical information — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type. This is ordinary web-server logging.

When we email you: whether the message was opened and whether links were clicked.

We do not collect health information. Nothing you write into the planner is sent to us — the PDF is a file on your own device, and what you type into it stays there.

Why we collect it

To deliver what you bought and email you the download. To answer you when you get in touch. To process a refund if you ask for one. To understand which pages and posts work. And, if you've bought, to send you a short follow-up asking how the product was.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who else handles it

• systeme.io — hosts the site, the checkout, the members area and the email sending

• Stripe — processes payments

• Namecheap and Google — mail sent to hello@tenderweeks.co is forwarded to a Gmail inbox

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We share only what each one needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently seven years. Email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support emails for two years.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You'll still get transactional emails about an order you placed — a receipt, a download link, a refund confirmation.

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@tenderweeks.co and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't charge you, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

If you're in Colorado, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. We don't sell personal data or run targeted advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of — but the access, correction and deletion rights are yours, and the email above is how to use them.

If you're in California, the CCPA gives you these rights specifically, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of.

If you're in the EU or UK, we're a US business, but we'll honour the same requests — access, correction, deletion, and a copy of your data — on the same terms. Just ask.

Children

Tender Weeks is sold to adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

We keep your information on reputable platforms that encrypt data in transit and at rest. No system is perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we hold as little as possible, which is the best protection there is.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your information will be emailed to anyone on our list.
